SUMMARY:
Teach Tearmainn is seeking a Children?s Support & Development
Worker. The role is focused on providing support services to children
and young people in Teach Tearmainn?s Refuge Service and Day
Services. This post holder will be based in Teach Tearmainn?s two
sites (including the Refuge).
The candidate will have an excellent knowledge and understanding of
domestic violence and the impacts this has on children and young
people. The Children?s Support & Development Worker will provide
support and structured services to children and young people with an
emphasis on progressing needs and ensuring the safety and security of
children and young people.
OUR MISSION: To meet the needs of women and children experiencing
Domestic Violence and Abuse, by providing inclusive, supportive, and
confidential services that empower women and children to live life
without fear.
